Our holiday apartment it's better than a B&B because you won't share the apartment with the owners. You'll have a private apartment only for you and you could have a self catered breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen or you could have the breakfast in one of the bars in the neighbourhood.
The holiday apartment Arezzo in Syracuse will give you the comfort of a B&B room and the freedom of an apartment with a large private terrace available for you.

It is located in the historic centre of Syracuse (Ortygia) in a little street near via Cavour, one of most characteristic street of the old town. The cathedral is about 300 metres away. The market and the bus station are only 400 metres away. The historic centre of Syracuse is an island, so there are many places where you can swim. The nearest beach is about 200 metres away!

The apartment is about 40 m, it's on the first floor and it's composed of a double bedroom, a living room (with a bed-sofa), a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.) and a large terrace (40 m) with gazebo, table, chairs, deck-chairs, etc. The entrance is independent.
The holiday apartment is good for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 4 people.


In the neighbourhood there are many restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, many shops with typical Sicilian products (food and crafts), many internet cafés and everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
